Jeannie Park Lee is an associate at SBRS. Her practice includes representing insureds and insurers in litigation pertaining to professional liability, products liability, toxic tort, premises liability, health care and employment issues. In addition, Jeannie has considerable experience representing insurers by conducting coverage investigations and defending coverage and bad faith lawsuits for both first and third party claims.  Her knowledge in this area includes environmental and other long-tail coverage claims and the unique issues presented therein, such as allocation and cost-share analyses.

She has also worked extensively with clients to navigate the challenges of compliance with the Medicare, Medicaid & SCHIP Extension Act of 2007.  She has spoken on these issues for insurance carriers both nationally and internationally

Prevailed at binding arbitration in an injury case based upon status as an agent of the co-Defendant.

Prevailed on summary judgment regarding the availability of condominium coverage based on an Other Insurance provision.

Prevailed on Preliminary Objections (Motion to Dismiss) in Philadelphia County where a general release was executed by the Plaintiff in a prior action.

Prevailed on Motion to Dismiss on various counts in a products liability action based upon the New Jersey Products Liability Act.
